Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Having Nausea Along With Negative UPT?
Hey, I m 19 me and my partner have not been using protection, but been very careful (past 4-5months) I haven t had my period this month, and am feel very nosuer lately (past few weeks), and have a sore tummy sharp pains. Needing to urine a lot lately, I ve done a test. Come back negative. What do I do now?

I understand your problem, symptoms are not confirmatory for diagnosis of pregnancy , to exclude give serum BHCG in any diagnostic lab. or visit some gynaecologist and get your internal examination done and in the last you can go for ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and to rule out other pelvic condition to rule out cause for your symptom. I would advice to go for urine routine examination because your symptom may be because of urinary tract infection.
